Amala Lives Institute prepares students to learn the fundamentals of the Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Small Business Entrepreneurship profession, as well as the business aptitudes and research needed to prepare students for sustainable careers or advancements in education. 
Our programs meet the regional needs and lead to a pathway of lifelong success. Founded in 2016, by renowned author, entrepreneur & visionary Brandi Forte, the Institute aims to create graduates who will become professional leaders of the 21st workforce community. Culinary ArtsHospitality Small Business & Entrepreneurship 

Amala Lives Institute essential goal is to provide vocational, practical and hands-on experience to those who have a true desire to work in the culinary arts, hospitality, and business industries. 


Small Business & Entrepreneurship

Learn the skills that you need to start and operate a successful business. The Amala Lives Insitute Small Business and Entrepreneurship program teaches basic entrepreneurship concepts such as ideation, opportunity recognition, market research and analysis, business plan development, financial planning, and business management. Essentials of Entrepreneurship begins by helping students recognize entrepreneurial traits and progresses to complex ideas of how innovation kick starts entrepreneurial ventures.

Culinary Arts Program

The culinary arts program is aimed to provide practical and hands-on experience to students who have true desires in working in the food service industry. Utilizing the National Restaurant’s Association’s ServSafe Curriculum, Amala Lives culinary program prepares students to learn the fundamentals of the food service industry, food safety concepts, food production, technology and the business aptitudes needed to prepare them for entry-level careers in food service businesses or to enroll in an advanced degree program.

Hospitality Program

The Hospitality program is aimed to provide a training ground for students with a desire to pursue promising careers in the hospitality profession. Utilizing the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute’s (AHLEI) curriculum, the program of study will focus on teaching the fundamentals of Guest Services, Hotel Operations, Rooms Division and Maintenance, Travel & Tourism and Technology in Hospitality.
